Because LAPF have been in business for so long we have dealt with many weird and wonderful illnesses, conditions and afflictions! Read on for a list of ailments we have encountered and have worked around to still provide quality fitness training for each individual.
We have trained people with many physiological injuries and always work in a way that will protect the injury yet allow it to heal as the individual also works on his fitness.
