We offer the following therapies:

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
A relaxing massage with oils, specifically made up for your profile and administered through specific massage techniques.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
This is a healing massage, which can reduce headaches, alleviate poor circulation & menstrual problems and help insomnia. It can also reduce tension & anxiety and invigo rate and energise.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
A fabulous revitalising massage for the back, neck, head and face. Brings blood to the scalp and aids concentration, hair growth and can banish headaches and neck tension.
SPORTS MASSAGE
This is a vigorous and thoroughly warming massage that promotes healing and leaves you with enough energy to do a full days work!
THAI YOGA MASSAGE
This is done with clothes on and is a very physical massage. It opens up the joints and body through stretches and manipulations. Yogic type stretches.
TUI NA
Chinese massage that works on the body similar to thai massage, but more indepth.
SHIATSU
Similar to Tui Na but lighter in application, works on what is called the meridian system (energy lines found to be in the body) very indepth treatment. Fully clothed.
KAHUNA MASSAGE/HAWAIN MASSAGE
This therapy is like ayurvedic in that it uses a lot of oil with long effluage strokes. A very deep treatment.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Therapy with hot stones.

HOLISTIC MASSAGE
full body massage, taking into account the person whole well being and effects on the body arising from psychology, environment and nutrition.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic treatment which is aimed to release stiffness and pain. The deeper layers of muscles and trigger points are treated.
REIKI
A Healing session done hands off but channelling energy to revitalise and balance you.
KARUNA
Karuna means compassion. The energy is of a compas sionate nature and the treatment is of the same nature as reiki. Very strong energy.
TAI KWANDO
A martial art teaching practical self defence techniques. A thorough workout, including lots of stretching.
CHI GUNG
An energy releasing martial art to calm and reenergise.
EFT—emotional freedom technique
This helps people with fears, phobias and addictions.
Fears are left in the body along energy lines (meridians). EFT attempts to remove the energy pattern or memory of the particular fear or phobia
